Job Position – Technical Recruiter
Company Name – Wadan
Experience: 1 to 3 years (UAE construction recruitment is a must)
Availability: Immediate joiners or short notice preferred
Key Requirements:
– Strong ability to recruit technical and engineering roles across all levels
– Familiarity with construction functions: site engineers, technical office, QS, QA/QC, HSE, supervisors, foremen, etc.
– Capable of high-volume and fast-paced recruitment
– Excellent screening, shortlisting, and coordination skills
