Job Position – Technical Support Engineer

A Remote (L2-L3 Level) who is having a good Experience in these categories as shown below: –
– Windows Server/System Administration.
– Backup Administration and Setup.
– Remote Monitoring Management Tools like Kaseya, Datto, ConnectWise or Ninja etc.
– Office365 Administration and Email Migration.
– End User Technical Support.
– Ticketing Tools like Autotask or ConnectWise Manage.
– Communication Skills should be very good (This is Must)
Note:-
– Full time shift
– Work from Home. (Own Laptop & Good Internet must)
