Job Position – Technical Team Leader
Company Name – K4 Group
To manage and oversee our drafting team, specializing in CAD Drafting and Revit Modeling for high-end residential and commercial fit-out projects. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in UAE authority submissions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervised a team ofCAD Drafters and Revit Modelers, ensuring precision and timely delivery.
- Develop and reviewdetailed CAD drawings and Revit models for fit-out projects.
- Coordinate withdesigners, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure all drawings comply withUAE authority submission standards (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DCD, DEWA, etc.).
- Conductquality control checks on drawings before submission.
- Provide guidance and training to enhance team efficiency and technical skills.
- Stay updated on the latest drafting and modeling technologies and UAE regulations.
Job Requirements:
- 7+ years of UAE experience in CAD Drafting and Revit Modeling for fit-out projects.
- Expertise inAutoCAD and Revit, with strong technical detailing skills.
- Familiarity withUAE authority submission processes.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
