Job Position – Telephone Operator

Company Name – Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa

Responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring excellent customer service and accurate communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally using proper telephone etiquette
Transfer calls to the appropriate department or personnel
Take clear and accurate messages and ensure timely delivery
Provide information to guests and customers regarding services and facilities
Handle guest requests and coordinate with relevant departments
Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information
Keep records of calls and requests when required
Ensure smooth and efficient communication at all times

Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Customer service–oriented approach
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Telephone Operator, preferably in a hotel
UAE experience is an advantage
Immediate availability is preferred
Home country experience also accepted
