Job Position – Telephone Operator
Company Name – Rixos Al Mairid
To join team and ensure smooth and efficient communication throughout the resort. The role focuses on handling internal and external calls, responding to guest requests and enquiries, taking messages, and providing courteous and timely assistance in line with Rixos Hotels standards. Previous experience in a Telephone Operator, Switchboard, Guest Services, or similar role, preferably within a hotel or resort environment, is preferred. Russian as an additional language is preferred.
