Job Position – Tester QA Specialist

Ensures end-to-end quality of applications by designing and executing test strategies covering functionality, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
· Write test plans, scenarios, and cases for manual and automated tests.
· Perform regression, integration, system, and UAT support.
· Use defect tracking tools to manage bug lifecycle.
· Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
Qualifications:
· 6+ years in QA, ideally with both manual and automation exposure.
· Tools: Selenium, Postman, JIRA, Azure DevOps.
· Experience testing healthcare or CRM systems is beneficial.
Understanding of data privacy and compliance (e.g., consent, PII)
