Job Position – Trade Marketing Executive – Food Division

Contribute to building successful food brands by developing and executing impactful trade marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and driving business growth across diverse market channels.

Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and execute trade marketing activities for assigned food brands.
– Coordinate with the sales team to implement promotional campaigns across all trade channels.
– Develop and execute in-store branding, POSM placement, displays, and merchandising initiatives.
– Monitor promotional performance and provide post-campaign analysis with recommendations.
– Coordinate product launches, seasonal promotions, and activation programs.
– Ensure timely availability and distribution of marketing materials to the sales team.
– Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, product availability, and promotional executions.
– Work closely with suppliers and brand principals to implement agreed marketing plans.
– Track trade marketing budgets and maintain expenditure within approved limits.
– Prepare monthly reports on promotional activities, ROI, sales performance, and market insights.
– Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure promotional stock availability.
– Support sales events, exhibitions, food fairs, and customer engagement activities.
– Maintain brand visibility standards across modern trade, traditional trade, and HORECA channels.
– Analyze sales trends and recommend promotional strategies to improve market share.

Qualifications
– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
– 2 – 4 years of experience in Trade Marketing within the FMCG food distribution industry.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
– Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
