Job Position – Training & Event Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
– Overseeing the daily operations of the training courses, which involves scheduling courses, coordinating with trainers, and following up the Training logistical matters.
– Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and goals.
– Communicate training details to participants and ensure their participation and engagement.
– Ensuring that training programs are delivered to a high standard of quality, in line with the international training provider’s standards and best practices.
– Providing regular reports to senior management on the performance of the training courses, including financial costs, trainees’ feedback, and other key metrics.
– Prepare training materials, including presentations, handouts, and other resources.
– Monitor training courses and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
– Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 6,000
