Key Requirements:
-Computer literate, preferably with storekeeping experience
-Proficient in MS Office
-ERP experience is an advantage
-Young, energetic, and well-organized
-Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage day-to-day filing and distribution of documents
-Maintain proper document filing, numbering, and records
-Mail/Fax Purchase Orders to suppliers and relevant parties
-Assist with material issuance and other store-related duties
-Perform data entry and support general store operations
2) Office Assistant (5 Positions) male only
Qualification: Diploma / High School
Skills: Advanced MS Office Package
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
-General office administration support
-Data entry and documentation
-Coordination with internal departments
-Any other duties assigned by management
