An expanding its operations and hiring for experienced professionals to join Food & Beverage team in the UAE.
1) Cost Controller
Requirements:
– 3–5 years of Cost Control experience, preferably in F&B / Hospitality.
– Strong knowledge of food cost, Cost of Sales, recipe costing, inventory control, wastage, and stock variance.
– Experience with multi-branch restaurant/café operations.
– Strong Excel skills.
– Foodics or similar POS/ERP experience is an advantage.
– UAE experience preferred.
2) Purchase Executive
Requirements:
– 3–5 years of purchasing/procurement experience in the UAE.
– Strong F&B supplier network is highly preferred.
– Experience sourcing food, beverage, packaging, cleaning materials, equipment, and operational supplies.
– Strong negotiation and quotation-comparison skills.
– Good understanding of supplier contracts, credit terms, product specifications, and purchase orders.
– UAE driving licence is an advantage.
3) Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruiter
Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
– UAE F&B / Hospitality recruitment experience preferred.
– Strong experience recruiting kitchen, FOH, café, management, and support positions.
– Ability to source, screen, interview, and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
– Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, recruitment platforms, and direct sourcing.
– Strong follow-up and communication skills.
