Job Position – UX Researcher
Company Name – IT People Gulf
Location: Abu Dhabi,UAE

Arabic Language preferred.
JD:
– 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UX research, ideally in digital service platforms
– Demonstrable impact on product/service design through research-led insights
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, HCI, Sociology, or a related field
– Strong command of UX research methods (qualitative and quantitative)
– Tools: Maze, Lookback, Dovetail, Google Forms, Miro, Figma (for prototyping tests)
– Experience in ethnographic studies, contextual inquiry, or remote testing techniques
– Excellent synthesis and storytelling skills to communicate insights effectively
– Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel (preferred)
