Current Job Vacancies
1) QA/QC Engineer
– Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in luxury villa projects.
– Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspections, and documentation.
– Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
2) MEP Engineer / Fit Out Engineer
– 3–5 years of UAE experience in luxury villa projects.
– Strong expertise in MEP coordination, execution, and high-end villa services.
– Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
3) Quantity Surveyor (QS)
– UAE experience, preferably in luxury villa construction.
– Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, cost estimation, variations, and contract administration.
4) Procurement Engineer / Officer
– Proven experience in construction procurement within the UAE.
– Strong negotiation, supplier management, and communication skills.
– Ability to source materials and subcontractors efficiently while maintaining project schedules.
