Visa & Onboarding Specialist Jobs In Dubai

hire a Visa & Onboarding Specialist with extensive experience in onboarding and visa processing. We would prefer someone who can join immediately and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handling all documentations concerning with visa processing and services
• Communicating with clients and understanding their needs and explain freelancer visa services.
• Supporting and coordinating with the Freelancer visa team and PRO regarding visa status and other updates.
• Gathering and processing requirements, invoices, documents, paperworks, etc. as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or any relavant certifications
• Proven 3 to 6 years of work experience as HR Admin in the UAE
• With strong knowledge in visa services, processing and onboarding
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to coordinate and communicate with clients
• Collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data
• Build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and database systems
