WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Proven experience as a debt collection agent.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in English; additional languages (Malayalam, Hindi, Arabic or Telugu) are a major plus.
In-depth knowledge of collection laws and best practices.Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
