Job Position – Warehouse Computer Operator
Company Name – ENOVA Contracting
Only people with Oil & Gas Project Material works experience
Location: Ras Laffan Qatar
Long assignment, free recruitment.
Candidate will live inside Ras Laffan camp
Responsibilities:
1. Input data accurately and efficiently into warehouse management system or other designated software.
2. Maintain and update inventory records, including item descriptions, quantities, and locations.
3. Assist in the tracking and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
Generate reports as needed for inventory levels, stock movement, and other warehouse metrics.
4. Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
5. Perform regular audits of data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
6. Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance data management efficiency.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data security and confidentiality.
8. Provide support to other warehouse functions as needed.
9. Receiving and issuing materials, updating received, issued materials & OS&D status, coordinate to vendor discrepancy both in materials & packing list,
Qualifications:
1.Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles in Oil & Gas Project Material works.
2. Previous experience in Oil&Gas Material Project least one project experience.
2.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, VLOOKUP.
3. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software preferred.
4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
