Job Position – Warehouse Executive – Male Indian

Responsibilities:
– Maintain accurate records of all warehouse inventory.
– Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock levels.
– Oversee receiving of goods, ensuring proper inspection and documentation.
– Ensure safe and organized storage of inventory in designated warehouse locations.
– Manage order picking, packing, and dispatching for on-time delivery.
– Coordinate with transport teams for shipment dispatch and delivery schedules.
– Work closely with sales and operations teams to meet order fulfillment requirements.
– Handle any logistics-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
– Update records in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
– 2 to 3 years’ experience in similar role. (preferably fashion retail & wholesale)
– Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Advance Excel.
– Ability to lead and supervise warehouse staff.
– Detail-oriented and able to work multitask in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
– Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
