Job Responsibilities:-
Day to Day Accounting
Financial Statement Preparation
Escrow Management & Bank Reconciliation
Transaction Monitoring & Regulatory Compliance
Audit Support and Collaboration with Legal Team
Client Interaction
Financial Analysis.
Qualifications:-
Candidate must be a Charted Accountant
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on real estate and escrow management in large scale Developer company or a real estate company
In-depth understanding of local and national real estate regulations.
Familiarity with escrow procedures, including fund disbursement and reconciliation.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to identify discrepancies in financial records.
Problem-Solving:
Proven ability to analyze complex financial issues and develop effective solutions.
Expertise in breifing with Clarity and Conciseness by knowing your audience
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and real estate professionals.
