Salary: AED7,000.00 per month
Experience:
Accounting: 3 years or more (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
· Generating the company’s monthly reports using income and expenditure data. Managing income and Petty Cash handling. Following up payments and unpaid invoices.
· Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status
· Reconciling the company’s bank statement and bookkeeping ledgers
· Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
· Guide operations, admin & clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions related to accounts (Quotation, Billing, Invoicing and Booking Report)
· Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company ( Zoho and QuickBooks or Tally )
· Coordinating with the Landlords for monthly reports.Tracking and paying utility bills.
· Documents financial transactions by entering account information. Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
· Secure financial information by completing database backups. Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
· Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.
· Summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheets, monthly profit and loss statements and other daily, monthly reports.
.Vat filling and accounts payable/receivable
Requirements:
· Must have experience in QuickBooks,Tally,ERP.
. Holiday Homes/Real Estate.
· Able to join immediately.
· Can work under pressure with initiative.
