Job Position – SAP Vehicle Sales & Service Coordinator

Contract Duration: 4 Months – Extendable
Department: Commercial Vehicle Division
Support SAP-driven vehicle sales, after-sales service, and workshop operations within the Commercial Vehicle Division. The role will coordinate business processes, maintain accurate SAP data, and provide day-to-day support to Sales, Service, and Operations teams.
IMPACT OF THIS ROLE
Vehicle Sales & SAP Operations
Support quotations, sales orders, deliveries, and invoicing in SAP.
Maintain vehicle master data, pricing, accessories, and sales packages.
Ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
Service & Workshop Support
Support service orders, job cards, time entries, and service billing.
Monitor workshop schedules, technician allocation, and capacity.
Coordinate with service teams for smooth workflows.
Customer & Business Support
Track customer complaints and service requests through resolution.
Provide first-line SAP support to business users.
Assist with SOPs, user manuals, training, and process improvements.
Coordinate business requirements with internal stakeholders.
WHO FITS THE VISION
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Business Administration, IT, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
1–2 years of SAP Sales & Service experience.
Automotive/commercial vehicle experience highly preferred.
Exposure to vehicle sales, workshops, dealerships, or after-sales service.
Working knowledge of SAP ERP and master data.
Good MS Office skills.
Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
