3) Reconciliation Analyst (OP & IP) – Sharjah
4) Pre-Approval Officers (OP & ED) – AJM, UAQ & RAK
5) Pre-Approval Officers (PBM) – AJM & UAQ
Interview Process:
– Resubmission/Reconciliation – 1 online assessment and 2 rounds of technical interview (online).
– Pre-Approval – 1 round of technical interview (online).
Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE in hospitals with multiple specialties.
– Certification as a coding professional (AAPC/AHIMA) is required for Resubmission/Reconciliation and preferred for Pre-Approval.
– Strong knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and rejection trends in the UAE.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
