Job Position – Admin Cum Accountant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage front office operations, including welcoming parents and visitors.
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
2. Maintain student records, attendance, and registration documents.
3. Manage in HR and accounting tasks such as leave records, staff attendance, and petty cash & Invoices.
4. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and government entities (MOE, Municipality, etc.).
5. Support management in preparing reports, circulars, and communication with parents.
6. Organize events, meetings, and marketing activities.
7. Ensure smooth administrative flow and a professional environment.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
-Minimum 4 years of administrative experience (experience in a nursery/school is a plus but not mandatory).
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Positive attitude, flexible, and able to multitask.
-Fluent in English
