Job Position – Admin & Customer Service Personnel

1. Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries online and in person.

What We’re Looking For:
1. Strong communication skills. (English required, Arabic a plus)
2. Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
3. Previous experience in admin or customer service preferred.
4. Passion for coffee and hospitality is a big bonus.
