Job Position – Admin Executive
Location – Qatar
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and transport staff members and products to designated destinations.
– Oversee and supervise company accommodations.
– Arrange repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of accommodations.
– Coordinate transportation activities with drivers, dispatchers, and other personnel.
– Carry out routine vehicle maintenance checks and schedule timely service appointments.
– Assist colleagues with tasks as required.
– Perform any other duties as instructed by the line manager.
Requirements:
– Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role in Qatar.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
– Valid Qatari Light Driving License (mandatory).
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
– Flexibility to work extended or irregular hours as required.
– High attention to detail with a positive, proactive attitude.
– Fluency in English and Hindi.
– Candidates must be locally available in Qatar with NOC and ready to join immediately.
