Job Position – Admin Officer

Location – Qatar
Job Type – (6 Month contract)
Requirement –
– Candidates must be in Qatar with a valid QID.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
– 3-5 years’ administrative experience, ideally in facility management or engineering projects in Qatar.
– Knowledge of QCDD procedures, fire & life safety regulations, and permit renewals.
– Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
– Proficiency in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare, review, and submit QCDD documents, forms, and drawings.
– Coordinate with site engineers, clients, and QCDD offices to collect and follow up on required documentation.
– Track submission deadlines, inspections, and application progress, providing regular updates to management.
– Maintain records, comment trackers, and filing systems.
– Draft official letters and forms for submissions.
