Job Position – Administrative Assistant / Document Controller

Gulf Consulting Engineering Office is looking for a qualified Administrative Assistant / Document Controller to join our team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage project documentation, filing systems, and document control procedures.
– Organize and maintain records, correspondence, and project-related documents.
– Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes of meetings.
– Coordinate communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
– Ensure timely distribution and tracking of project documents and reports.
– Support project management processes through effective administrative coordination.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in administration and document control for construction-related projects.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is preferred.
– Good knowledge of project document control procedures and records management.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
– Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with staff, clients, and the public.
– Proactive approach to coordination and communication throughout project management processes.
