Job Position – Administrative Officer cum Document Controller
Company Name – Litco
Join growing team and play a key role in ensuring efficient administration and accurate document management across projects and operations.
Salary: AED 4,500 – 5,500
Location: UAE
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and maintain company and project documentation.
-Control document submissions, revisions, and records.
-Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
-Prepare reports, correspondence, and administrative documents.
-Ensure proper filing, tracking, and archiving of records.
-Support day-to-day office administration activities.
Requirements:
-2- years of relevant experience minimum.
-Strong knowledge of document control procedures.
-Proficiency in MS Office applications.
-Excellent organizational and communication skills.
-Construction industry experience is an advantage.
-Immediate joiners preferred.
