AI Engineers

Full time Remote

Onboard 10+ with 6+ years of experience to support a Corporate IT initiative. All roles are fully remote with an immediate start and strong potential for extension.

Working on production-grade AI systems, building intelligent, scalable solutions across multi-agent and multi-modal architectures. This is a hands-on role for engineers who can design, build, and operate AI solutions in real enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

-Build and manage multi-agent AI workflows (planner, router, specialist agents)
-Develop multi-modal capabilities (documents, images, OCR, etc.)
-Implement RAG pipelines (retrieval, indexing, grounding responses)
-Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems & APIs
-Ensure production reliability (latency, cost, observability, error handling)
-Drive evaluation frameworks and continuous improvement

Required Skills

-Strong Python development experience with production systems
-Hands-on with LangChain / LangGraph (or similar frameworks)
-Experience in RAG architectures & multi-modal AI pipelines
-Exposure to Azure AI stack (Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Functions, AKS, etc.)
-Solid understanding of distributed systems & API design

-Experience with agent-based architectures & orchestration patterns
-Knowledge of Responsible AI, security, and governance controls
-Exposure to Teams bots / enterprise automation workflows
