1) Facilities Manager
-Lead day-to-day building operations, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, while managing budgets and vendor relationships.
-Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years as an FM Manager in the UAE.

2) Facilities Engineer
– Focus on hard services and contractor management with a strong emphasis on CAFM systems and technical report submission.
– Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5+ years of experience in a reputable UAE FM company.

3) FM Engineer (Electrical)
-Oversee electrical hard services and government projects, ensuring performance monitoring and compliance across multiple sites.
-Requires a mandatory Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a valid UAE driving license with 3+ years of experience.

4) Sr. FM Supervisor (EOL)
-Resolve disputes related to dilapidations and defects while ensuring all operations comply with local authority rules and building systems.
-Requires a relevant Diploma/Degree and 5+ years of experience in FM, Construction, or Property Operations with a manual UAE license.

5) Civil Supervisor
-Supervise hands-on general civil works including masonry, carpentry, and painting while interpreting technical drawings for maintenance standards.
-Requires a Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering and minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the FM sector.

6) Senior Procurement Officer
-Manage procurement processes, vendor relationships, and material sourcing with a high level of proficiency in SAP systems.
-Requires an engineering background (preferred) and at least 5 years of experience specifically within the UAE FM market.

7) Store Keeper
-Maintain organized inventory systems and documentation for materials used in FM operations using SAP and computer skills.
-Requires 3 years of experience in UAE-based Facilities Management companies and immediate availability to join.
