We’re looking for a skilled Professional Finance Manager to join our dynamic media team at Al Dafrah TV in Dubai. This is your chance to showcase your expertise in Finance Department, helps organizations in financial planning and contribute to our diverse range of Tv projects.
Position: Finance Manager
Location: Dubai
Responsibilities:
•Providing leadership, direction and management for the accounting department and distributing work and tasks in a way that ensures good workflow, effective control and compliance with laws, regulations and the documentary cycle.
• Preparing contracting, purchasing, inventory, and petty cash policies, and methods of payment, disbursement, and receipt.
• Preparing bank and cash reconciliations on a monthly basis, Appling all the proper formalities accordingly.
• Rationalize spending without prejudice the quality of the content or the productivity.
• Organizing clear and sequential files for each of the previous items (suppliers, petty cash advances, checks, transfers, warehouses and inventory).
• Work and cooperate with the external auditor to issue the audited financial Reports at the end of each year.
• Supervising the process of submitting tax returns regarding value-added tax and corporate tax to recover what can be recovered from the Tax Authority and avoid falling into tax violations.
• Prepare an estimated budget for television two months before the start of the fiscal year and conduct quarterly reviews to determine the extent of compliance with the established budget.
• Preparing monthly cash flow reports as well as revealing expected quarterly cash flows to ensure the ability to pay obligations.
• Negotiating with suppliers and producers to ensure obtaining the best prices and the best terms and facilities for payment according to cash flows.
– Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
bachelor’s degree in Accounting, finance, economics, with accounting background or a related field.
– 3-5 Years of Experience similar to act as a finance manager, prefer in similar field.

Position: Editor-In-Chief
Location: Dubai
Responsibilities:
· Hiring and developing writers, junior editors and senior editors
· Approving the publication’s layout, design, style and tone
· Reviewing written content for spelling and grammar errors
· Fact-checking information in articles and stories
· Providing suggestions for edits when needed
· Writing editorial pieces to contribute to the publication
· Developing and managing budgets for the editorial team
· Representing the publication’s editorial team at social functions
· Making final decisions about which stories, articles and photographs to publish
· Attending meetings with the publisher or publication board to discuss issues and plans for the publication
· Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
– bachelor’s degree in communications, English, journalism, or a similar subject.
– 5 Years or more Experience in same field.
