Requirements:
Nationality: Emirati (UAE National).
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Education, or a related field (recognized by the UAE Ministry of Education).
Curriculum Knowledge: Ability to deliver the Arabic B curriculum in line with the UAE National Agenda and KHDA requirements.
Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Arabic.
Teaching Approach: Skilled in using engaging strategies for early years and primary students (e.g., songs, storytelling, play-based learning).
Differentiation: Ability to adapt teaching to support diverse learners, including Students of Determination (SOD).
Compliance: Ensure all teaching meets MOE and KHDA standards for Arabic instruction time and outcomes.
