Job Position – Arabic Cook

Requirements:
– In-depth knowledge of Arabic cuisine, spices, grills, rice, curries, salads, and Arabic breads.
– Ensure food taste, presentation, hygiene standards, and HACCP procedures are followed.
– Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work area with food safety compliance.
– Prepare and deliver high-quality Arabic dishes and menu items.
– Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Arabic cooking experience required.
– Locally available candidates in the UAE preferred. (Preferred Arabic Nationality)
– UAE experience will be an advantage.
