Job Position – Assistant Facilities Manager

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 5–8 years of proven experience in Facilities Management, preference given to those who have worked in the education sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Strong leadership skills
Business Development
Budget Management
Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making and leadership abilities.
Perfect command of spoken and written English
Good knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and 45001.
