Job Position – Assistant HR Manager
Company Name – FIXPERTS
Preferably from FM/Construction Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions within the organization, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and fostering a positive work environment.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
– Proven experience as an Assistant HR Manager/Senior HR Generalist, preferably in the facilities and maintenance industry in the UAE or similar for more than 6 years.
– In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
– Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
– Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
– Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
