Requirements:

Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR operations
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
