Job Position – Assistant Bid Manager

Responsibilities
– Analyse RFPs, tender documents, and client requirements
– Coordinate site visits and gather technical inputs
– Develop manpower plans and detailed cost estimates
– Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and compliance
– Prepare technical and commercial proposals
– Manage multiple bids simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
Requirements
– 6–8 years of experience in Facilities Management bidding
– Engineering background is required
– Strong Excel-based costing and financial modelling skills
– Excellent analytical, coordination, and documentation abilities
