JD:
The Assistant Manager – Software Development will support the planning, delivery, and management of web and mobile application development projects. The role will be responsible for managing the development team, assigning tasks, reviewing deliverables, ensuring quality, and driving the use of modern technologies, including AI and machine learning, to deliver business value.
– 5–8 years of experience in software development, web application development, full-stack development, or mobile application development.
– Prior experience managing or leading a small development team.
– Experience in corporate applications, enterprise systems, integrations, and digital transformation projects preferred.
– Manage and guide the software development / web team in day-to-day activities.
– Assign projects, tasks, and priorities to developers based on business requirements and timelines.
– Design and oversee client-side and server-side application architecture.
– Develop and support cross-platform web and mobile applications.
– Build and review front-end applications with strong focus on usability, performance, and visual design.
