Job Position – Assistant Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and support end-to-end Freezone business setup processes
– Manage a team of operations executives
– Handle client escalations and ensure smooth resolutions
– Coordinate with Freezone and government authorities for approvals and documentation
– Ensure efficient internal workflows and timely delivery
Requirements:
– 3–4 years of experience in operations within the business setup industry (Freezone experience preferred)
– Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
– Excellent client handling and coordination abilities
– Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
