Job Position – Assistant Restaurant Manager

What you’ll be part of:
Leading and motivating the restaurant team during daily operations
Ensuring exceptional guest service and hospitality standards
Supporting the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales & operational targets
Managing service flow, reservations and guest requests
Coaching team members and driving performance
Maintaining food safety, hygiene and brand standards
Supporting inventory, cost control and daily operational procedures
We’re looking for someone who has:
Previous supervisory/management experience in F&B
Strong communication and people-management skills
A guest-first mindset with commercial awareness
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
UAE F&B experience is an advantage
Location: Abu Dhabi , Hudayriyat Island
