Job Position – Barista

Guests during their visit, receives/serves orders and ensures brand service standards are met to the highest quality.
Main role:
A Barista for will be responsible for delivering high quality coffees to our guests while serving them in a friendly, efficient manner and maintaining a clean and safe work environment while ensuring that guests feel welcome, comfortable, and well always attended.
– Take coffee orders from guests and the F&B service team.
– Prepare and serve coffee consistently with the brand standard drink recipe.
– Assist in other beverage orders and preparation as required.
– Prepare different kinds of latte art for coffees with creativity and style.
– Clear and re-set tables in the bar area as required.
– Record drinks order accurately.
– Assist in creating and implementing standard coffee recipes for the outlets.
– Conduct coffee training for the F&B team as required.
– Maintain a friendly atmosphere and deal efficiently with any problems that may arise.
– Be passionate about customer service with the capability of delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests.
– Assist the dining area if needed during busy operation.
The Ideal candidate:
Minimum 2 years experience as Barista in fast moving Café.
Experience in Latte Art.
Proficient in English communication
Good grooming standards
