Job Position – Baristas
Full-time, on-site located in Abu Dhabi.
Responsible for preparing and crafting high-quality beverages, including coffees and teas, in accordance with customer orders and company standards.
Other day-to-day tasks include ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the work area and equipment, supporting food preparation tasks, and delivering excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all guests.
Qualifications:
Strong Barista skills and proficiency in preparing a variety of beverages
Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Effective communication and customer service skills to address customer needs
Basic knowledge and skills in food preparation
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Tagalog speaking candidates are welcome.
