Job Position – Bilingual Call Center Representative/Help Desk Operator
Arabic-English | Real Estate Industry
Key Responsibilities:
– handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
– provide accurate information about property listings, appointments, and services
– assist Arabic- and English-speaking clients with inquiries and follow-ups
– maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system
– collaborate with sales and admin teams to ensure top-notch client service
Qualifications:
– Bilingual proficiency: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken, read, and written)
– Previous experience in a call center, help desk or customer service role preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
– Knowledge or interest in the real estate industry is a plus
– With valid Qatar ID
