As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Bilingual Front Office Operations Receptionist who will be the face of our brand—welcoming, professional, and service-oriented.

Role Overview:
As a Front Office Operations Executive, you will be the first point of contact for clients, learners, and visitors. You will ensure a seamless front-desk experience and provide essential administrative and operational support, with fluency in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:
– Welcome and assist clients, learners, trainers, and guests in person and via phone with professionalism.
– Manage front desk operations: calls, emails, inquiries, and walk-ins in both Arabic and English.
– Schedule appointments, manage training room bookings, and maintain visitor records.
– Coordinate training logistics including attendance tracking, documentation, and material distribution.
– Support certificate issuance and onboarding processes.
– Maintain front-office cleanliness and office supply inventory.
– Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments for smooth communication.
– Perform general administrative tasks as assigned.
– Ensure confidentiality and uphold the company’s brand image.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
– 2–4 years of experience in front office or admin roles (preferably in education or service sectors).
– Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude.
– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM/ERP knowledge is a plus.
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
– Willingness to work weekends or extended hours as needed.
