Our team is looking for a passionate BIM Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to be at the forefront of cutting-edge design and digital construction.

Key Responsibilities:
– BIM Execution & Standards: Ensure compliance with project-specific standards and protocols across departments (e.g., Architecture, MEP, Structural).
– Model Coordination/Digital Construction Process: Manage the integration of multidisciplinary models (Architectural, Structural, MEP) from internal teams, consultants, and contractors, ensuring accuracy and resolving clashes using Navisworks and Revit.
– Clash Detection: Lead clash detection and resolution, identifying issues early to minimize rework and delays during construction.
– Collaboration & Communication: Act as the primary BIM point of contact, facilitating communication between design teams, project managers, contractors, and consultants for seamless project delivery.
– Data Management: Oversee BIM data workflows, ensuring seamless integration between platforms like AutoCAD, BIM 360, Revit, and Navisworks, and ensuring data consistency across the project lifecycle.
– Quality Control: Perform regular audits of BIM models to ensure compliance with design intent, project requirements, and industry standards.
– Training & Support: Provide ongoing training and technical support to internal teams and stakeholders on BIM tools and processes, promoting best practices.
– Documentation & Reporting: Generate BIM-related reports, including clash detection results, progress updates, and model revisions for stakeholders like project managers, designers, and clients.

Key Software & Tools:
• Revit
• AutoCAD
• Navisworks
• BIM 360
• SketchUp, Dynamo, or similar tools are a plus
• Revizto
• Rhino

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field (Master’s is a plus)
– Minimum 5–7+ years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination, preferably in interior fit-out projects
– Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360
– Solid understanding of construction detailing and material specifications
– Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
