Job Position – Blue Collar Recruiter
Company Name – Capstone Solutions
Location: Al Garhoud, Dubai
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience with exposure to the UAE market
Experience in overseas hiring for blue-collar positions
Strong understanding of the complete overseas recruitment process, including sourcing, interviews, documentation, visa processing, medicals, and mobilization
Must have a strong agent network and experience coordinating with overseas recruitment agents
Proven ability to source and deploy blue-collar candidates within a short turnaround time
Experience handling bulk hiring requirements and meeting urgent manpower demands
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver results within deadlines
Preference:
Immediate joiners are preferred.
