Job Position – BMS Engineer
Company Name – 5ST Technical Services
Expected Start Date: Immediately
Candidates with 3+ years of experience and UAE industry exposure will be given preference.
Role Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and program BMS systems (e.g., Honeywell, Schneider, Siemens, Tridium, Sauter, Coba, Delta Controls)
Review Architectural, MEP, and ELV drawings to identify integration points with BMS
Prepare control schematics, points list, and IO summaries for HVAC, Fire, Chilled Water, and other systems/field devices
Install and configure BMS components including controllers, DDC Panels, Sensors, Actuators, etc.
Integrate BMS with HVAC, lighting, fire alarms, energy metering, and other ELV systems
Conduct system testing, commissioning, and handover
Troubleshoot and maintain BMS installations and field equipment
Re-program dashboards and graphical interfaces as needed
Coordinate with MEP consultants, contractors, and ELV vendors
Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals
Ensure project compliance with local and international standards
Train end-users and facility management teams on BMS operations
Prepare and implement checklists and parameters for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
3–5 years of proven experience in BMS, preferably within ELV environments
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, protocols (BACnet, Modbus, KNX, LonWorks)
Familiarity with platforms like Niagara, Honeywell EBI, Schneider EcoStruxure, etc.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and BMS tools
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
License Requirement:
UAE Driving License – Mandatory
