Job Position – Branch Coordinator
Company Name – Al Fuad Exchange
Join our operations team in the Dubai Back Office.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
– Experience in banking, finance, or exchange house operations is highly preferred.
– Knowledge of AML, KYC, and regulatory compliance.
– Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to handle multiple branches, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
– Branch Operations Oversight: Monitor daily transactions for accuracy and adherence to procedures. Track cash handling and ensure compliance with SOPs. Maintain communication with branch managers on operations and customer needs.
– Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Review branch performance reports to identify underperformers. Prepare reports on operational trends and branch efficiency.
– Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and internal policies. Conduct audits and follow up on findings.
– Staff Support & Guidance: Provide support for operational challenges and escalate customer complaints. Facilitate communication between branches and head office.
– Process Improvement & Project Implementation: Identify inefficiencies and recommend best practices. Support new system rollouts and branch upgrades.
– Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Ensure high-quality customer service and timely resolution of complaints. Collaborate with departments to address complex issues.
– Training & Development: Conduct staff training on operations and compliance. Monitor performance and support professional development.
– Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between branches and the head office. Share updates and coordinate emergency responses.
