Job Position – Brand Marketing & Content Creator

Hiring for a creative, organized, and results-driven to join our Marketing & Communications team.
This role will focus on creating engaging social media content while supporting brand campaigns, influencer collaborations, PR activities, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
Create high-quality photos and videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
Produce Reels, TikToks, Stories, food photography, beverage content, lifestyle content, and promotional videos.
Develop creative content ideas based on current social media trends.
Plan and manage the monthly content calendar.
Write engaging captions and support social media posting.
Shoot and edit content using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
Brand Marketing & Campaigns
Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, events, and brand initiatives.
Ensure content follows The KAF’s brand identity, visual style, and tone of voice.
Coordinate with café and operations teams for content shoots and campaigns.
Influencer & Brand Collaborations
Assist with influencer sourcing, communication, invitations, and content coordination.
Support influencer visits, collaborations, and promotional activities.
Performance & Reporting
Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, views, and follower growth.
Track content performance and provide creative recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or brand marketing.
Previous F&B experience is mandatory.
Strong photography, videography, and short-form video editing skills.
Good knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current social media trends.
Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced F&B environment.
Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is an advantage.
