Job Position – Business Analyst

Location: Dubai UAE
Experience: 8–10 Years
Nationality Requirement: Arabic Nationals Only
Looking for a skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in the Healthcare domain to support the design and implementation of IT systems that improve patient care, HR, CRM, and operational workflows.
Key Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years in healthcare IT (EMR/EHR – Epic, Cerner, Salama)
– Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations & data privacy (e.g., FHIR, HL7, ICD-10)
– Excellent skills in BRDs, FRDs, UAT, process modeling (Visio/Lucidchart)
– Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
– Fluent in both Arabic and English preferred
