About the job
Our client which is one of the leading holding companies in Abu Dhabi is launching a digital bank, for which they are hiring for a Business Analyst on an urgent basis. You will be reporting to the Head of Operations.
They are looking for someone who could work for a 3 months extendable contract.
Roles & Responsibilities –
- Looking for a 7-10 years’ experienced Business Analyst to act as bridge between Technical and Product/Business teams
- Banking Operations & call center experience is essential
- Someone who can take call center requirements and translate them into business requirements to be given to the technology team
- Experience collaborating between bank call center and IT teams
- Knowledge with call center workflows
- Familiarity with banking processes a plus
- Digital banking experience is a plus
Other Details –
- Contract Duration – 3 months extendable
- Work Location – Abu Dhabi
- Visa & Insurance will be provided.
