Job Position – Business Analyst
Company Name – Dautom

Location: UAE – Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities:
-Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
-Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
-Create wireframes, mockups, and process flow diagrams.
-Work closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
-Prepare detailed BRDs, FRDs, and SOPs.
-Participate in Agile ceremonies – stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.
-Conduct UAT to validate that solutions meet business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
-Experience in ticketing systems (theme parks, attractions, or leisure domain) is a must.
-Strong in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
-Skilled in wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Figma, Lucidchart, etc.).
-Excellent communication and analytical skills.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
